Hello. We shipped this in our disclosed time frame. Disclosed they would ship by Thursday AFTER release. This was plastered everywhere. I cannot help it if USPS drops the ball. It didn’t even get scanned until in Oregon. We work out of Texas. About 2300 miles away.
